Choosing a photographer
Vintage Photo Books

you are at : [Photographic studio for sale]

Are you a keen amateur photographer who would like to turn professional and are not sure of what to do?

You may see a sign like this.....

Photographic studio for sale

.......in photographic publications and they invite you to reply to a box number, or a real estate agent, and you've got no idea as to who they are or where they are, so it's quite likely you will do nothing about it even if you have the money and the ability.

Here is a different approach.....

Contact the writer and we will have a discussion about your ability and about how much money you have, (often if you own your own house you will have plenty), we will discuss what town or city you would like to buy a business in or perhaps start your own (we'll talk of the up and down side of this) and after all of this discussion if you decide to go ahead we will then start looking at the studios in your desired area.

There would need to be a nondisclosure document signed for confidentiality about the information from the studio and this would be at your cost.

You and I will discuss these studios, the good and the bad, and if you decide you would like to investigate the purchasing the studio, I will approach the studio owner, under your instructions, and see if the studio is for sale, and if so at what price, I'll discuss with the studio owner his justification of the price.

I will then come back to you give you the information in confidence and then if you would like to proceed with the investigation to purchase, I would introduce you to the studio owner.

I would step to the background at this point and be available for any discussion that is necessary to either party.

Cost:  First of all I am not in this for the money, and the only charges would be out of pocket expenses, for example if I had to travel to Kaitaia or Invercargill.
